Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for process optimization projects connecting various positions within the department, adding value to inefficient work and improving efficiency
2. Responsible for optimizing the process connection between the department and external workshops to ensure smooth data transmission
3. Responsible for assisting in the overall planning of large projects in the connection and coordination between departments of external units, coordinating all links of the supply chain, improving delivery speed, and improving the efficiency and flexibility of the supply chain
4. Assist the production system in coordinating some major lean production projects, promote the effective implementation of the system, and improve the company’s production efficiency

Job Requirements

1. Engineering majors such as industrial engineering or logistics engineering, bachelor degree or above, and more than 8 years of working experience in lean production engineering. For those with superior conditions, the requirements may be relaxed appropriately;
2. CET-4, able to understand English materials and communicate in written English, preferably able to communicate in English;
3. Familiar with the process flow and environment of injection molding workshops, mold workshops, CNC machining workshops, spray painting workshops, polishing workshops, etc.;
4. Applicants who have experience in implementing pull system projects in large companies or experience in workshop layout planning are preferred;
5. It is required to have 0 to 1 improvement experience in factory process improvement;
6. Good logical and pioneering thinking, able to accept new ideas and concepts, likes to be challenged, good at analysis and goal-oriented

Monthly Salary: RMB 15 – 20K
